For the first time in recorded history (or at least since the dawn of celeb-reality), the most scrutinized hair in the land does not flow from the head of a carefully made-up actress. Instead, a man—a man most often seen in public in a huffing, sweaty state—has stolen away with the honor.

Steve Nash, two-time winner of the NBA's Most Valuable Player award, point guard for the Phoenix Suns, and erstwhile owner of a scalp of mud-brown, ear-length, stringy hair, got a buzz cut and saw his buzz soar. To add insult to injury for well-coifed starlets everywhere, his "haircut" is really anything but. He shaved his head for "no rhyme or reason." Was a stylist even involved?

Be brave, Jen. Stay strong, Jessica. Don't give up your $650 cuts, Meg. We're sure you'll all rebound from this indignity. At least you still made our list of top 20 celebrity "hair" searches...
